User profile plugin data

I have added a custom filed in User profile using User-Profile-Plugin. How can I access custom field data in a user macro... I tried using Bandana manger but I am not able to get the data, is any other way.

Can you clarify what plugin you are actually using? You didn't tag your post with the appropriate value and User-Profile-Plugin doesn't bring up just one add-on.
