is it possible to update a trial plugin?

i am trying to update the version of a plugin (JSU Automation)

but it is a trail version, so can i update it?

Not directly, but if you uninstall it and re-install it, it'll get the latest version.

will i lose all post functions that is using JSU in my workflows when i will uninstall?

i just uploaded the plug in without uninstalling it and it switched to the newer version, all post functions are available without losing it.
