remove project hierarchy

Hi,

We are working with several projects in JIRA. 

We want to view all the project issues together. I mean that we want to link between 2 tasks from different projects.

Is it possible?

Sure, you can put dependencies among projects like below.

I know this option, but when a Gantt contains a lot of tasks and dependencies it creates a mess.

i.e. we have 3 tasks with dependencies, while each task relates to another project.

I tried to filter by resource but it's impossible.

Current WBS Gantt-chart does not the feature you mentioned.
