Hi.

 

We are currently discussing alternatives to combine the licenses we have at Atlassian.

 

Do you know the consequences if we do not renew the license on time? Except for the obvious that we lose maintenance and support? Will it be more expensive to renew later?

There is a grace period for renewal, and the cost does not change. I am assuming you have a self hosting license verses a cloud license where you will be cut off.  I am also assuming you will renew within 60 to 90 days of your license expiry.
