Riada Insight groovy script would not start from the file destination

Hi guys, I am trying to use a workflow post-function of type Riada Insight - run a groovy script.

I have copied the script in the server's directory /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/scripts/file_name.groovy

The post function is bound to a transition which is cycled over a Status (Work In Progress). When I try to run the script from the transition button in the form (issue of type incident) nothing happens - the script does not run. However, if I check out the workflow and try running the script in the post-function browser window testing with an issue ID, the script runs as expected. So obviously the script does not get called from the server. Any ideas?

I still have this problem. I checked the cluster , both nodes, the groovy script file is where it should be, in the jira home folder, sub-folder 'scripts' but it does not run at all. It's like the post function cannot get to the file for some reason. Anyone any ideas with some similar problem?
