I have implemented the script "Show the date a particular transition first happened to this issue" using the Scripted Field provided by Scriptrunner (great plugin) https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Scripted+Fields#ScriptedFields-Showthedateaparticulartransitionfirsthappenedtothisissue
but my issue is with the template.
If i choose the Date/Time template when viewing a list of issues in the issue navigator, any changes made in the last week will show as "2 days ago" etc, rather than 01/Jan/14.
If i apply a custom template (not my own work), namely this one provided by Jame @ https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/browse/GRV-342 it will display the date in the navigator as I want, but it has the knock on effect of removing the custom field from the Dates section of the JIRA issue.
We are using this to capture the Closed Date so it would really make sense if we could have it under the dates section when looking at the individual issues while also having it render as DD/MON/YY like other date fields in the Navigator pane.
Can anyone assist with getting this to work as i've suggested?
Regards,
Conor
I've created an issue for this: https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/browse/GRV-561
i think you need property
jira.lf.date.relativize=false
in jira-config.properties

Hi Jamie. To clarify, yes it is the template for the column view. The values themselves are correct.

When you say "any changes made in the last week will show as "2 days ago" etc, rather than 01/Jan/14." you're not saying they all show as "2 days ago"? Are you saying the value is correct but you don't like the formatting? If so I will check in to that, possibly the wrong template is used for the column view.
