Send notifications to external email

I have some notification scheme and text field with e-mail. How can i add this custom field to my scheme? May be, some plugins or services.

JIRA isn't designed to send emails to non-user recipients for many various reasons, but there is a way around it. I think you'll want to look at https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/4977

That should give you the functionality you're looking for.

Hi, if you are still interest in sending mail notifications to external customer, you can use MailTask plugin. It allows to create mail templates which can contain information about JIRA issue.
