Some queries on Project Configurator Jira plugin

Hi,

We found this plugin very helpful and interested in purchasing it but I have couple of queries regarding this plugin.

1. If I am transferring project from Jira-1 to Jira-2, will this plugin is required to be installed on both instances?

2. If we want to use it in two Jira instances will it require separate licenses ?

3. Is this plugin capable of importing attachment as well or it does not work on it ?

I'm expecting quick response from someone...
