Is there a way to Log Work for an issue if it did not have an original estimate?

If I don't have an original time estimate, the Time Tracking section does not apprear on the issue detail screen. I would like to be able to log time to any issue, even if it did not have an original estimate.

What action menu are you referencing?

Go to the issue, use the actions menu and you will find log work in there, irrespective of whether an estimate was entered

Um. Look at an issue.

Between the title line and the details, there's a set of buttons - usually edit, comment and then "more actions", then the available workflow actions.

You need the "more" button
