Tempo error: Hours worked must be larger than 0

With the lastest version of tempoplugin i recieave this error if a user try to insert 0 into the billed hour

It start after the upgrade to 7.3

Tempo 7.3.1.1 was released on September 14th with this fix.

The version was delivered to Atlassian to be included in the next upgrade on the OnDemand environment.

• Build date: Mon Sep 03 15:22:05 MSD 2012
• Wht is the reason?
