Tempo - not all hours logged displaying in timesheet view

I'm having issues with viewing the Timesheet logged hours. Logged hours from previous months aren't appearing at all, and I've even tried creating custom Tempo reports to view it by user or project, and then setting the month, but still nothing. Can someone help me with this?

I found that where permission schemes were changed for specific project (i.e. we use an archive scheme to hide unused projects from the team) then all timelogs were no longer visible to anyone who didn't have those permissions.
