×Hi Team,
Timesheet for JIRA version 3.5 by i4ware has been installed on the JIRA version 5.1.4. The timesheet needs to be accessed selecting a project -> Timesheet tab -> Browse project timesheet and the timesheet page gets displayed successfully in Mozilla firefox but a blank screen appears in any version of IE. I don't think this is a local IE issue as this has affected all the users trying to access the timesheet through IE. Could you please let me know if there is a way to make it work in IE or is IE not supported?
URL, once i click on the project's browse projet timesheet link: http://jira-dev.swissre.com/plugins/servlet/timesheet/timesheet?project=project name
Opens a blank page.
Many Thanks,
Kishore Srinivasan
Hi,
The issue is resolved now. I just changed the compatibility settings from F12 Developer tools -> "Internet Explorer Compatibility View" to "Internet Explorer 9" :)
Many Thanks again,
Kishore Srinivasan

Hi Kishore,
Which version of IE are you using?
You can see the supported browsers for JIRA 5.1.x in this documentation.
Cheers,
Miranda
