I am unable to connect to Zephyr Test Importer. I have tried both JIRA Server URL as well as IP Address in this format, http(s)://<jira server name or IP address>/rest, but it still won't connect.
Hello Jake,
I am Gokul from Zephyr Support.
As your JIRA uses https, can you please let us know if you are using a self signed certificate?
If your JIRA is using a self-signed SSL certificate make sure that the certificate is added to the Java (the one the importer utilizes) keystore before launching the importer utility.
You can find further information about the same from the following links:
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/security/toolsign/rstep2.html
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4325263/how-to-import-a-cer-certificate-into-a-java-keystore
Also please send us a screenshot of the importer utility after all the fields are filled in.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Regards,
Gokul
Hello Gokul. I have gotten the importer figured out, it was an URL Issue. One last question. Is there anyway to make the font bigger in the Importer? It is super small and hard to work with. Thanks, Jake
