Mario Johnson May 5, 2013

Each time I try to enable the Content Scheduler plugin I recieve a "Add-on failed" error. I have verfied the license key multiple times and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin with no luck. Does any one have any ideas?

Thanks,

Hi Mario, which version of Confluence and Content Scheduler are you using? The Content Scheduler plugin is currently only compatible with versions 4.3 to 5.1.2.

Do you see any error in the log file of Confluence?

Hello Mario,

In some cases, Indexing (System > Advanced > Indexing) JIRA helps to fix such problems. Can you try to perform Indexing for your JIRA instance?

I hope that helps.

This isnt for Jira but for Confluence. Sorry I should have mentioned that.
