Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I have created a shared test sesiion for the QA team but when it comes to assign that session we can assign the session only to one person at a time. However according to bonfire documentation multiple users can join a shared test session but for me this is not working. We are not getting an option to join a shared session.
Is there any option or settings that we need to enable for the same. We are using Atlassian on demand setup with latest bonfire extensions Atlassian Bonfire 2.5.3

A shared session needs to be started by the assignee before other users can join it.
We've realised this detail was missing from our documentation, so we've added a note to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BONFIRE/Working+with+Sessions#WorkingwithSessions-CollaboratingwithsharedSessions

Will 'Paused' test sessions show up in the list of Shared Sessions, or only those that are running?
Can only the Assignee pause and start the sessions?
What workflow do you recommend to teams who are on different time zones if the only one who can start and pause sessions are hours ahead of QA testers?
