Use the Bamboo CLI to create a release but not deploy it

I have several builds that produce artifacts to be used in a deployment project. However, I don't want the build to create the release and deploy it when the build is successful. Deployment needs to be done later.

But given the number of clicks needed to create a release from a build, it would be great if there was a way to just create the release.

We don't have specific support yet for that. Here is the issue where someone has offered a workaround - BCLI-61.
