Using Zephyr plug in we cannot drag and drop a step within a test case

When I'm writing a test case, sometimes realize I missed a step.  I can only add the step at the end.  We used to be able to drag and drop the steps to reorder them but this no longer works.

I tried in both IE and chrome without success.

I see the six dots on the left, and we can drag the steps around, but they always return to the end of the line.  I can occasionally get a step to move down, but never up from the bottom.  Very frustrating.

Any ideas?

This is a know issue with the current/past few releases which has already been reported and being worked upon. This should be addressed in the upcoming releases

I have just tried re-ordering test case, it works perfectly fine for me. Could be a specific issue in this case, could you please reach out our Zephyr Support team as they would help in tracing the issue.

Hi,

At the side there should be 6 dots that you can drag the test step into the position you want. 

I have added a screen picture.

Please add your screen pictures if it's not the same issue?
