What is the time period for an Evaluation Period

The Atlassian EULA conditions refer to an "Evaluation Period" but I cannot find anywhere where the period is defined or explained. Has anyone found a clear explanation? If so, where?

For JIRA server the evaluation period is 30 days which can be extended up to 90 days.

It depends on the product.  For JIRA Servier, it is normally 30 days.

For JIRA Cloud is it 7 days
