Xray Configuration Question

We have POC'd the Xray Test plugin for Jira on a server instance. We have enabled it(Trial) on our Cloud instance. 

But the UI is different from what is described in the documentation.

The defect mapping and test coverage menu items do *not* exist in our cloud instance?

Nor are any default screens created?

Is this just differences between the two, because we are still in trial period, or do we have an issue with the installation?

Could you please direct me for this as well? I have asked a question about configuration (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Configuring-XRAY-privileges/qaq-p/1115257#M57171) and struggling a little bit with the initial setup of XRAY.

Server and Cloud version have different features. the documentation link you are referring to is for the cloud version. Here is he link for the server version:
