condition on custom field

Hi

I want to run a condition on custom fields,

This way with selection an option of a radio box, some custom fields show in a screen.
How do I do it?

For Jira Core / Jira Software, or if you are looking to do this for Agents viewing tickets, I would recommend using Dynamic Forms for Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210820/dynamic-forms-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview. It will allow you to configure Radio Buttons + Custom Fields to appear based on the selection made in the Radio Button. 

If you are looking to do this in Jira Service Desk Customer Portals, I recommend using the "Extensions for Jira Service Desk" and the Dynamic Form functionality.

You will need to use something like the Behaviours module of Scriptrunner - something that can adjust a screen for you.
