create a link to another issue during a transition

Hi, 

I want to link a Technical issue to a Test issue during 'development complete' transition, the linked issue should be taken from a custom field ( text ) in the Technical issue.

any help would be appreciated ..

Update on Transition for JIRA has an Update issues post function which has a Link field. Use Substitution variables to populate the link field from the custom field.

Is it possible to add the "linked-issue" field into the transition dialog/screen?
