how to add 'comments' custom field after installing the all comments custom field plugin?

I have installed the plugin but I did not get the 'Comment' option on adding a column in the Issue Navigator.

We installed the All-comments plugin. But what should we enter as the Custom field name so that the Comment field is populated in the export.
