Hello,
We want to try eazyBI plugin from onDeman atlassian account.
Company owned Atlassian account has been updated with this plugin. We were also able to install it from atlassian configuration page in manage add-on section. But now we do not know how to proceed. I click on free trial it again takes me to Atlassian account login page. When I click on configure button it displays "Add-on License missing" error....
Please help...

This is a known issue with enabling the EasyBI plugin in OnDemand. I would raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com so they can go in a fix this issue for you.

I'm running in the same issue than Sandesh. Any updates about the fix?
That's a shame, the product looks great, but I can't test it for now.. so not sure my boss will be ok to spend money on this.
