jira-api and jira-core - build error

Hi,

I have error build from today's morning in my plugin.

[ERROR] BUILD ERROR
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Failed to resolve artifact.

No versions are present in the repository for the artifact with a range [1.5,1.6.100)
  org.apache.velocity:velocity:jar:null

When in my dependency in pom is jira-api everythinks goes fine but if I change it to jira-core it generates above error. Does anybody had the same problem ? Using jira 5.1.5

worked for me. I was using confluence 5.1.3

deleting all repo solves my problem
