It looks like Sonar may be having trouble connecting to the database. Please reach out to the plugin's author to learn more about how to configure and troubleshoot the plugin.
You may also be able to learn more about why the configuration is not saving by checking your Bamboo logs in:
* <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log
