hi

how many lists  are supported to display in main page.

i'v approximatly 800 tasks. not display only loadin... message and not display filter and search form.

and can not set loading option. ex, by scrolling down. 

and, how can I set  any filter  by default .

Please download Gantt-Chart's latest version from my server at http://www.polscheit.de/plugins/jira/gantt-chart/gantt-3.1.9-JIRA6_2015-03-17T21-01-01Z.jar and install this JAR-file via "upload" button on JIRA's page "manage add-ons" as system administrator.

Beside that, you enable client-side debugging as I have described within my wiki at https://polscheit.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4980750

Hi Frank, We had the same issue as reported in this question ,and managed to solve it by using the latest jar file available in the provided link. Now the question I have is whether it's save to use one this jar files (are they stable?), and also if you are planning to release this fix through a new official version of the plugin.

Hi Eduardo, this fix (gantt-3.1.9-JIRA6_2015-03-17T21-01-01Z.jar) is integrated within 3.1.9-JIRA6 being published on Atlassian Marketplace on 2015-03-22 as far as I can reproduce. Coming version 3.2 will be optimized due to enhanced performance (20x to 50x times faster depending on your environment, not just a few percentages). Kind regards, Frank

please open the menu within the Gantt-diagramm and click on "support request": a pre-filled email containing the necessary information about your environment will be opened. Attach your screenshot and a description of your issue. Having send that email, a new user account as well as a suppport request issue will be created within my JIRA based on your email.
