hello, we've installed trial version of customer satisfaction plugin in jira service desk , when we export data to csv document,rating comments, which are made in georgian language, are with question marks , can you help us to resolve this problem?

Thank you for your answer, are you planning any better solution for unicode? I think this solution will make process more difficult.
