tempo api to fetch Approval status

We are using JIRA 5.0.6. Have integrated our in house system with JIRA using APIs to read the Worklog entries per task. Now we are installing Tempo for Timesheets. We validated that SOAP APIs used to fetch JIRA. Can somebody guide on TEMPO plugins API to fetch the approval status etc. Thanks in advance

This is stored in activeObjects table named TIMESHEET_STATUS. However, this is unsupported and not recommend, so use at your own risk.
