users unable to see the column totals in the issues navigator screen

I have not denied any groups or users permissions to calculate totals. but few of the user are not able to see this add-on.

Hey Ashish Vij, could please try to add a user and a group to the restrictions and remove them afterwards. Maybe this will fix the issue. Please let me know if this works. Thank you in advance, Benjamin John

Hey Ashish Vij, we are checking the problem, thank you for reporting. Are these users of any kind, only JIRA user and no admins are anything else, what differs them from the other users? Thank you in advance Benjamin John
