Repeating issues for Jira -- when are the issues actually created?

Does the issue cloning happen when the repeat time comes (e.g. every day a new issue will be added)? Or are all the issues  added immediately with some future dates?

All repeating actions happen when the repeat time comes. 

Here http://repeatingissues.codedoers.com/p/usage.html on the screenshoots you can find repeating info in the right panels on issue view with next occurrence date when repeating will happen.
