Restarting the UseTFS Bundle

If there is a failure of the TFS Connector, is it an option to just restart the UseTFS bundle? If so, how? I'm looking to restore the connector, without having to restart the Jira Service.

So far it can recover itself from various connection errors etc.

In I hope rare event of some unexpected failure one thing to try is to install plugin again in the exact same version by uploading JAR file. If that does not help there's probably no way to fix it without restarting JIRA.
