Restrict amount of original estimate in sub-task

Is it possible to restrict the amount of the original estimate on an subtask to to max of the attached task?

Lets say I have a task which has 40h as original estimate if I choose to add a sub-task, then i could at max have 40h as oe. If I already have one subtask with 10h, then I'm only able to add 30h to the subtask.

This is only about the original estimate, if the work more, thats find I just want to restict the size of the subtasks.
