Scriptrunner 5.6.9 erros

Running JIRA 8.3.2/Scriptrunner 5.6.9.1-jira8 Server

Using a Post to send scriptrunner custom email and getting this error

Script failure, check logs: Cannot deserialize instance of `java.util.ArrayList` out of VALUE_STRING token at [Source: UNKNOWN; line: -1, column: -1] (through reference chain: com.onresolve.scriptrunner.canned.jira.workflow.postfunctions.SendCustomEmailCommand["events"])

The custom email uses a custom field Email Address for the To Issue Field

Email template has

<% out << cfValues['Requestor Name'] %> ,
Subject template has 

Request Completed: $issue.project.name ($issue)

I have read the release notes for 5.6.8 and 5.6.9 (neither work) and still can't figure out what I do to fix my problem.

Could you check please, on latest version?
