Security and Encryption add on update

Hi

My maintenacne cover for the security and encryption is valid until March 2018 but when i go to update it from version 2.13.2 it says i have to pay again because its out of maintenance.  It clearly isnt and i have checked.

Can you provide me a screenshot for the whole Security and Encryption tab on your UPM?

In case the license wasn't being applied correctly from Atlassian Marketplace to your instance, I'd suggest to copy the renewed license from my.atlassian, then paste the license to the license box for Security and Encryption on your instance.

Many thanks, when i renewed i did not update the plug in license code.  This is now resolved, many thanks
