I just started to work with JETI along with Jira Service Desk Notifications.
My global Jira settings are set to "plain text" as default email notifications. But for one project (SD project) I want to set the default to HTML.
For agent notification, I can work with JETI email templates. But as far as I know, I cannot use JETI email templates for customer notifications, am I right?
My goal is to keep the "plain text" as global Jira setting, but use "HTML" for all customer notifications in one SD project.
