I am new to both Jira and GitHub and am trying to get smart commits working from GitHub to Jira.
I have referred to the following resources and tried to follow instructions in them
2. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/enable-smart-commits-776830276.html
In the latest version of Jira Cloud I am unable to find the option Administration > Applications > DVCS accounts, even though I am the administrator
Would appreciate any guidance on how I can get this working.
I'm having the same issue. I've installed the app. The GitHub information is showing up in the developer tab. But, no smart commits. Can't create a comment, or change status or any of the things documented in Smart Commits.
The Jira documentation states that Smart Commits needs to be enabled manually for existing repositories, but I haven't found a way to do that.
Hi,
The integration have been replaced with an app:
https://github.com/integrations/jira/blob/master/README.md#take-action-using-smart-commits
Hopefully that'll help.
Best regards,
Tobias.
