Sonar plugin is blocking merge with 100% coverage "because coverage decreased"

I have a user whose PR got blocked because Sonar calculated a decrease in coverage.  (I have the "don't allow decrease in coverage" feature enabled).

The problem is that the code being merged has 100% coverage.  So who's confused?  Me or Sonar?

Could you please create a support ticket at https://support.mibexsoftware.com so that we can analyse this problem in more detail by providing the app's debug logs?

Sorry for the delay.  Those logs are long gone and we've been running with the feature disabled.  I'll see what I can do to reproduce the problem and capture the logs.  It could be a while.
