Hello,
When users want to use the User Timesheet Gadget - it keeps loading until it eats the ram memory and it "blocks" the dashboard.
The problem is ou server isn't serving any logs regarding this - all other gadgets works just fine.
What i did unti now without success:
- Re-index jira.
Removed the content within the following directory:
And restart + reindex
But nothing works - as i said we get no error in our server logs.. and in-browser debugging we don't see anything about it...

The configuration is left default - so just the timesheet for the "Current User": ScreenShot-2
It doesn't matter if we change the configuration, the same thing happens, which is this: ScreenShot-3
This happens for all users in our platform for this gadget, all others are working perfectly.

@Albert Manuel There is a known issue with this and they had a hotfix for this and can be found here.

Dependent on the version you are currently using, you will need to update to a different version. Jan has already posted the link to the released notes for Tempo Timesheets 8.15.4, but the fix was also released for later versions, Tempo Timesheets 9.5.3 and Tempo Timesheets 10.16.1

@Susanne Götz _Tempo_ what can i do if the customer is on version 7.16.5 of tempo? Is there any way of solving this besides paying the license and upgrade?
Is not fair for the users that bought the plugin years ago.

Purchasing a license includes 12 months of maintenance and support. Users can not update to versions that were released after the expiry date, but you can continue using the product. (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/tempo-timesheets-time-tracking-report?hosting=server&tab=pricing).
Tempo Timesheets 7.16.5 reached its end of life in Oktober 2017, so no fixes will be released for this version (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/268861789/Tempo+for+Server+Product+Compatibility+EOL).
The compatible JIRA version for this Tempo Timesheets version (latest compatible JIRA version is 7.2.15) is also no longer supported by Atlassian (https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html).

The problem you encounter is caused by a change in an external libraries which is used by the gadgets. These changes are not controlled by Tempo and can only be fixed by updating to a later version.

Can i do something to stop eating all the ram memory when i have one gadget like this on a dashboard? It blocks my browsers also,h how can i stop this? I got it....some things are changed, but this should NOT freeze browsers and computers.

The library in question is controlled by Google.
