Tempo - is it possible to downgrade?

Dear all,

due to a bug in version 7.3.1 (reported in https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/86961/tempo-error-hours-worked-must-be-larger-than-0) I would like to downgrade to the previous version of the plugin... Is this possible?
