The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable

I used Deploy4Me to deploy Jira on a 2GB Digital Ocean Ubuntu droplet.  I want to upgrade my version of Jira Portfolio but when I go to the Atlassian add-on administration page I get an error message that says that the Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable. Any help appreciated

It could be a firewall rule that is blocking the connection between the Jira instance and Atlassian Marketplace.

Perhaps you can check the following hostname have been white-listed if you have firewall configured for the instance:-
