The Scheduler Plugin for Jira is changing the time of the Execution date for run once trigger

I am trying to set the execution time date to 4:00AM, but it keeps changing the time to 12:00AM, in the Execution Preview and expressions summary. Is this a bug? How can I set it to 4:00AM?

Please use our dedicated customer portal and let us know more about the details eg. is your timezone the same as the server (and Jira timezone) and send us some screenshots:
