Hi,
We've tried installing the plugin according to the installation guide, but no Timetracker - Time Tracking & Reporting add-on can be found while saearching.
Is this a common situation for the new version and do we need to find a different way to install it?
Thank you.
Hello Andrew,
Based on the JIRA version number, that is a JIRA Cloud instance. Unfortunately, the Timetracker add-on is currently available only for JIRA Server instances.
In the future, we plan to make a cloud version too, but that is not in the scope of this year.
Hi, Attila,
Yes, we thought this was the issue and you confirmed this. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Andrew,
On what JIRA version did you try to install it? The easiest way to install Timetracker is if your administrator searches for it on the Administration - Add-ons - Find new add-ons page.
Maybe the problem was the compatibility. I updated it, so now you can find our add-on for the latest JIRA 7.2.0 version too.
