I got many ticket closed without any date of first response.
it's look like if the reporter is the only one who put comment, there is no date of first response.
it's look like normal when the ticket is create and close the same day but the same person but if its few day later, could it be count as first response, isn't it even if it's the same person !
There is a way to force the date of first response , even if its the ticket repoter who is the first and last actor ?
Here one exemple
left a issue, closed, without date of first response but with a comment
and on the right a issue with a date of first respond !
