Time entry sync

Currently evaluating Toggl and Joggler. Seems to work pretty well, although I have a couple of questions:

-If I change the duration of an entry in Toggl after it's been linked to a Jira issue, the logged hours on the issue don't seem to get updated to reflect the change. Is this by design? (ie. no automated sync-up happens after linking?)
