Wrong format + "PM time suggestons" for moning time

Hello there,

1. Wrong format issue: 
   In the latest versions, Timetracker using the JIRA Look and Feel Settings to display time and date format. If you want to display and use the date and time as you configured in the Advanced Settings, then please configure your Look and Feel the same way.

2. Wrong time issue: This behavior is caused by the TimeZone support that we added to the latest version. We have identified the cause of the error and are already working on it.
