Trying to create automated script to create Organizations from a list

I'm trying to create a decent number of Organizations from a list of organization names using Script Runner. I'm unsure how to create an Organization from scratch this way.

You can use the rest api for this.

But you can search google for Jira Service REST Rest API

A call with POST to the organization endpoint is the only thing you need.
