Unable to connect to JIRA from JIRA Add on

I provide the right server name, however I still dont see that int he message above.

Hi,

to connect to JIRA using our add-on you must provide whole address, including the protocol part and  port number if needed, for example:

http://mycompany.com/JIRA  or http://mycompany.com:8080/JIRA

Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
