User Profile field not visible in search filters

Hello,

I have a problem with User Profile. I've created a new profile field an a new custom field following the instructions in Documentation of the plugin. This new field is visible in the columns that I can add to the list views of the issues, but I cannot use it in search as it is not selectable.

I've already made an indexing after creating the field.

Everything was working with previous JIRA SD installation (7.x), but with the new one (8.1) it's not.

What can be the problem?
