I have forms which are emailing our ticketing system. If the email itself has CCed users in it, the ticket will pull out those users and add them to the ticket. I am currently just giving the user a choice to also email the other users, but they are not techinically CCed. Our Help desk has to still manually add the CCs to the ticket.

ConfiForms "Send email" action does not support CC or BCC recipients at this point.
We have this as a feature request, but I cannot give you any ETA when it will be implemented
