Value Field Condition does not work for total time spent (Σ Time Spent)

It's possible to set up a transition condition based on the Time Spent value - either by comparing it as a number or string:

- The field Time Spent will have to be greater than value '0'. Compared as Number.

or

- The field Time Spent will have to be not equal to value 'NULL'. Compared as String.

work just fine. Transitions are only visible when time is logged against the Issue. However, using the Σ Time Spent field in the condition doesn't work - the transition is hidden regardless of the logged time (that includes time spent on sub-tasks).

Am I missing something here, or it a bug?

Long time has passed but probably someone else can have the same issue.

The condition is perfect you just have to compare the string with NULL, but the comparison value should be blank, the system will add the NULL and the condition screen recap ;)
